This isn’t your average corn on the cob! Noshejan’s Curried Cajun blend transforms it into something unforgettable. The compound butter melts into every kernel, infusing the corn with smoky heat, warm spice, and just a hint of sweetness. It’s bold, buttery, and made for grilling.

Ingredients
- 4 ears of fresh corn, husked
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tbsp Noshejan Curried Cajun
- 1 tbsp honey
- Zest of ½ lime
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
Make the compound butter:
In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with Noshejan Curried Cajun, lime zest, and honey. Mix well and refrigerate until firm, about 10–15 minutes. Another way to firm up the compound butter is to get some parchment paper, put the butter in a line on one end of the paper (with about 1” space between the edge and the butter), and then roll up and twist the ends. After the butter is firmed up, you can cut into rounds for serving.
Grill the corn:
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high. Grill corn, turning occasionally, until lightly charred and tender, about 10–12 minutes.
Serve:
While hot, slather the corn with the Curried Cajun butter. Garnish with cilantro and serve immediately.
